Healthier way of life/ eating disorder recovery
I checked out a nutrition book from the library.|
it's actually about reading labels on foods and whatnot.
I think I will inform you constantly of random facts I find out.
Today I found out that for meats and poultry to be considered lean they must have 10% or less fat content.
Unless it's ground beef.
Ground beef can have up to 22.5% fat content to be considered lean
I found this quite disturbing.
My final is on Wednesday!
