Healthier way of life/ eating disorder recovery
It's hard to stay on a diet/healthy plan|
when your friend who is supposed to be on it with you
is very lenient.
so yesterday was okay.
It's the beginning time of my period
(or when I'm supposed to start)
and so I was craving sweets yesterday
I was still at ~1700 but it was still a let down because I ate a donut (plain no frosting) and some low-fat, sugar-free vanilla frozen yogurt.
but today was be better.
The other day I set a goal of drinking Eight 8 oz. glasses of water a day.
and I have been doing that =)
So that's really good. I'm proud of myself.
I'm also compiling a huge collection of vegetarian/vegan recipes that are low-fat/low-cal and very healthy.
I'm going to print them off and buy a binder to put them in.
I plan on cooking a lot of the time this fall.
