Healthier way of life/ eating disorder recovery
Today I ate quite healthfully!|
but, of course, my problems showed.
I had a really low caloric intake today
+Smoothie (No Yogurt, real fruit)
+Shredded carrots w/Cucumbers and Vinegar
+Pita Bread w/ Hummus
TOTALING ~ 525
I've still done my stretching
but I decided to start working out more
currently trying to find a way to rid of love handles, lmao
near impossible, non?
I walk a lot..
but I don't see anything different from walking.
Wednesdays = my long class days.
Not only do I have a 3 hour morning class from 9-Noon
I have an afternoon extra class from 3-5
so that's a lot of time spent in the classroom
and then I just get so tired
I want to veg, lol
Tomorrow I'm going to see if I can get workstudy for this fall
and buy Mikado tickets
and talk to RPS about extending my housing contract.
that's a lot of walking around campus, haha.
