Healthier way of life/ eating disorder recovery

I'm very proud of myself.
I've woken up both days
and stretched before class
and stretched before Bed =)
I'm really excited.
I think I can do this.

Yesterday I did pretty well.
but today I did okay

+Pasta Primavera (with veggies, yum!)
+cucumber + carrot + vinegar = my salad!
+Light & Fit Cherry Vanilla Yogurt
+Crispix
|Bagel (whole wheat!)
-with (veggie) cream cheese
-potato wedges
|Coffee Muffin
|Cranberry Muffin.
A Total of 1345 Calories

and I exercised =)
I've also been drinking lots of water
not that I didn't before
just now I'm not really drinking soda =)

I noticed though
that on days Ben works
(my significant other)
He brings home bagels and muffins and stuff
but he only works Mon. Tues. and every other Friday
so I don't eat them everyday
only when he brings them home, lol.
So hopefully I can break that habit.

How is everyone else doing?
Does anybody else stretch in the morning or work out during the day?
If so - how long do you spend?
I spend about 10-15 minutes in the morning and before I goto Bed Stretching
and (not including the hours I spend walking everywhere)
I exercise for about a half hour everyday.

Mmm I love those salads!
I often do yoga in the morning or late at night, and go on my rowing machine while I watch TV. I should do that more often.

A rowing machine!?
That's amazing.
I wish I had one of those.
At least you're not just sitting on the couch eating popcorn when you watch tv =)

Congrats on keeping the stretching plan you had! (and the intake too!)
I definitely work out a lot, thats how I deal with the increased intakes, I guess. Regularly, I just do 20 minutes of pilates workout in the morning and a personalized routine at night (includes 3 sets of 15 reps of 3 different exercises for every part of my body -legs, arms, back and abs mostly- if that makes any sense).
I also try to do khi-bae, taebo or kickboxing at least 3 times per week. (instead of the personalized routine at night).

I'm jealous.
I love your routine!
That takes a lot more effort than what I'm putting it.
It's hard for me to stick to a workout plan alone.
This fall I will be in shape a lot more..
because I still plan on doing my stretches in the morning and night
but I also have swimming Mondays and Wednesdays for a class, and hopefully swim the other days at night =)

I'm envious of your dedication though, haha.
I just have intake problems.
Long story, lol.

Well, I used to be an exercise-bulimic too hahah so, believe me, im just obsessed... (as in, I used to spend 3 hours at the gym doing cardio and then 2-3 hours doing other workouts). Or until I threw up and/or fainted. So, yeah. HAHA.
If you want to "up" on the exercise little by little, you should buy the windsor pilates dvds, it has a 20-minute workout and a 50 minute workout, and you just need to make a habit (maybe even putting an alarm) so you keep the routine, then after 2 weeks, your body gets used to it, and so will you. Although, swiming is AWESOME and WAY better exercise than pilates, I wish I had time to do that. I'm always working.
Oh well, sorry about the long reply. I tend to rant a lot. HAHA

It's wonderful!
I love feedback XD
that's what makes a community amazing.

Sounds like a plan =)
Yes, EDs suck...no doubt about htat.
I'm glad you're not like you used to.
;p

I'm a student at a LARGE university
so it's quite easy for me to get to a pool to swim. Which is amazing.
